About Pragmatis Law

Pragmatis Law was built by computer scientists, mathematicians, and machine learning researchers who worked on one problem: language models read words, but they do not read intent. Pragmatics, the layer of meaning behind the text, is where legal reasoning actually lives.

We built an engine that models that layer. It holds context the way a practitioner does: facts, forum, procedural posture, and the relationships between authorities. Its reasoning is inspectable at every step, so you can see why a case was retrieved, why it outranked another, and why it was cited.

Law rewards this discipline like no other field. A proposition is only as good as its authority, and an authority is only as good as the paragraph that holds it. The High Counsel pins every citation to the statute, the case, and the paragraph, so verification takes seconds, not an afternoon.

The corpus today spans 2M+ indexed cases across India, the United States, and the United Kingdom, anchored by the Indian and US Supreme Court corpora. High Court and Circuit Court coverage is expanding toward 20M+.

For high-frequency work, the Tasks view automates the drafting, validation, and calculation work that consumes a practice's hours. Indian High Court workflows come first, with more jurisdictions following.
