Pragmatis Law
Consortium of Legal Task Agents & Research Tools
We are a group of Computer Scientists, Mathematicians, Engineers and Machine Learning Researchers working on the cutting-edge bounds of AI and Machine Learning Research.
We have created a method to model the 'Pragmatics' hidden behind the language, something that LLMs and other foundational models seem to miss, something deep and intrinsic about the way humans store context, pragmatism, and interrelated concepts. Some emergent features of this model are - the ability to have explicable, trustworthy and transparent reasoning available at the user's disposal.
Law is a field which has 'Pragmatics' deeply embedded in it, and hence we've crafted this engine to cater to Legal Professionals (Currently the dataset is the US and Indian Supreme Courts, and is rapidly expanding).
For the automation lover, we also have a 'Tasks' tab which automates the high-priority and high-frequency tasks that a lawyer has to perform (hello agents!), and now you won't have to because our flow will take care of it.
This 'Tasks' section handles tasks related to the Indian demographic now, with the main focus being Indian High Courts, but this feature is rapidly expanding, and we expect other demographic coverages and custom tasks to be rolled out soon.
The Current backbone of our engine is trained upon the India and US Supreme Court Corpus. We will roll out the engine with the remaining India and US Corpus and the UK Corpus (High Courts and United States Circuit Courts).
